Sandy Martin (she her)

Sandy specializes in oil painting, watercolor, pastel, photography, and the giclee printing. Her artistic style is influenced by both impressionist and traditionalist styles.

Sandy earned a BFA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and studied at the Art Students League in New York and Plymouth University. She has also studied under well-known artists including Paul Strisik, Al Czerepak, Nikolai Blazev, Allison Ford, and Alvaro Castagnet.

Sandy's works have been showcased in galleries across New England and New Jersey. She won first place for her piece "Dream Ride" in a special show in Lawrence, MA, and her watercolor "The Boston Skyline" was selected by Leonard Nimoy for his Touchstone movie "The Good Mother." Additionally, she created paintings and slides for projection during a performance of "Carnival of Animals."
