Jackie Hanson (she/her)

Jackie is a versatile artist working in various mediums including acrylic, soft pastels, watercolor, gouache, and relief printmaking. Her artistic style is characterized by vibrant, painterly realism with a touch of nostalgia and whimsy.

Jackie earned a Bachelor's of Fine Arts from New England College in 2022. Her work has been showcased in solo exhibitions at the Nashua Public Library, Amherst Town Library, and the NH Audubon McLane Center, as well as numerous juried gallery exhibitions across New Hampshire. She is also the recipient of the Sally Shea Hole-in-One award from the NH Pastel Society's Annual Member Exhibition.

Her art is inspired by the inextricable relationship between humans and the environment, depicting a world forever altered by society yet ultimately enduring. This theme resonates throughout her various bodies of work.
